MICRO-SPECTROPHOTOMETER DMS-1000 SERIES

Micro-Spectrophotometer DMS-1000 Series allow instrument with a large concentration of nucleic acid range up to 10 to 15000 ng/μl(dsDNA), protein range up to 0.5 mg/ml to 400 mg/ml(BSA) without any samples dilution, with each measurement requiring less than 5 seconds with a pipette and wipe. The DMS-1000 offers dynamic full spectrum 200 nm, 230 nm, 260 nm, 280 nm detection to ensure exact results. Suitable for nucleic acids, proteins, cell cultures, microarray samples, and UV-VIS full spectrum absorbance scan with high accuracy and reproducibility.
